Luke Sanders, Max Jauregui and Deaglan Givan, all 11th-graders for Buchanan High in California, swept the top three spots in the junior boys race at the Kingsburg 2-Mile at Kingsburg High in California. Sanders prevailed in 9:42.39, Jauregui placed second in 9:55.19 and Givan took third in 10:06.94 for the Bears. Sanders and Jauregui were two of the eight male athletes to achieve sub-10 efforts from all four boys races combined.
